About the Owner

EmpowerEd Endeavors was founded by Dr. Donica L. Cuspard whose lifelong passion for education and family legacy of teaching inspired the 4Es Model. With a PhD in Educational Leadership and extensive experience across classrooms, districts, state agencies, and international institutions, Dr. Cuspard understands and addresses different needs. Through our 4Es Model—Engage, Equip, Elevate, Evaluate—we empower teachers, strengthen leadership, and drive meaningful, lasting student success.
